Association Classifieds: For Sale or Free to Good Home

Since many individuals at the last annual meeting stated that it would be nice if the Assn. had a document where association homeowners can post items they would like to give away or offer for sale to other homeowners, this blog entry will allow homeowners to do just that: post their items they would like to sell or give away. When posting, items, posting should include a brief description of the item, quantity, means of delivery, and cost or free. This posting is for members only. Notice of 2008 Assessment

Please note that your annual dues and road assessment is due on December 1, 2008. This year's dues is $400.00. Payment after December 1, 2008 and before December 31, 2008 will be $450.00. Please note, interest penalties of 8% and any collection costs will be added if paid after December 31, 2008.

Annual Meeting Notice

The 2008 Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 7:30 PM at the home of Harry and Pat Parr, 7293 Pepper Lane. In order to have a quorum present to conduct the Association's business, your presence is necessary and requested.

Also nominations for the 2009 Board will be presented for your consideration and approval. In addition, the financial report of the Treasurer, and updated form the road, trails and the architectural committees will be presented. Any other business and/or discussion may be brought up for consideration. Wine/Food welcome.

If you would like to place an agenda on the discussion agenda, please let Vic Saltsman, President know prior to the 27th.
